If you do not have a TNR program, enter N/A.
Do you have access to low cost spay/neuter?*

This should be one number.

Do you spay/neuter before adoption?*

Do you routinely combo test community cats (FIV/FeLV)?*

We are specifically asking whether your standard TNR protocol includes combo testing for healthy cats who are being returned to live outdoors. Please do not include testing done only in cases of illness/injury or foster/adoption.

Funds must be used to subsidize spay/neuter for community cats. Please describe how you anticipate using the support — for example, as part of a specific project, clinic, or ongoing community work.

For this grant, community cats are cats that are outdoors–four paws on the pavement. They may be feral or friendly, on owned or public property.

1 being, “I’m very uncomfortable.” and 10 being, “I’m an expert!”
