Spay/Neuter Referral Programs
Veterinary clinics and practices around the country are experiencing longer-than-usual wait times as they work to catch up on the backlog created by pandemic lockdowns, quarantines, closures, etc. Combined with the ongoing shortage of veterinarians and other support staff, there just aren’t enough appointments to go around. While the effects of the pandemic and veterinary shortage are not universal, it is possible that spay/neuter help may be harder to find in your area. But don’t give up! We are here to help.
United Spay Alliance has been doing its best to research and update the referral directories for each state. However, given the nature of the work, individual clinic information and availability is subject to change and the information captured may not be the most up-to-date. Please call each clinic individually or visit their website or Facebook pages for the latest information on their services and availability.
United Spay Alliance is working to build a 50-state network of spay/neuter referral programs.
