How to Use This Map
Step 1: Enter a ZIP code, city, county, or state in the search bar to find nearby spay/neuter services.
Step 2: Use the dropdown “Category” filters to narrow your search — for example, to find:
- Low-cost spay/neuter clinics
- Feline Fix by Five participating veterinarians
- TNR programs, voucher programs, transport options, and more
If no listings appear, try expanding your search radius or removing filters to see additional results.
Step 3: When contacting programs, please note that availability may vary. If one organization has a waitlist or isn’t taking appointments, try calling several nearby providers. Many communities have multiple partners working together to help.

About your state leader
Their Mission: To reduce the overpopulation of community cats living in Shawnee County, Kansas through Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR).
Our focus is on cats who are feral (unsocialized to humans, abandoned or lost, or simply choose to live outdoors). We call them community cats.
By sterilizing community cats, we can significantly reduce the numbers of homeless kittens living and dying on the streets or in our overcrowded shelters. By supporting their caregivers, we can help to ensure a good quality of life for these cats, reduce or eliminate nuisance behaviors related to breeding activities, and allow them to live out their natural lives free of the burdens of constant reproduction.
Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (or TNVR) is the most humane and effective method known for managing community cats. The cats are humanely trapped, spayed or neutered, vaccinated, treated for internal and external parasites, provided basic grooming care, ear-tipped, and then returned to their outdoor homes. Caretakers provide ongoing food and shelter.
