Boost Efficiency in Feline Spays: Tips, tools, and techniques for the practice and beyond

To provide didactic and wet lab training to veterinarians in high-quality, high-volume feline spay/neuter, in order to increase access and affordability of this service to low-income, low-resource populations in Florida, both in the private practice setting and beyond. 

Trained spay/neuter professionals, using specific anesthetic protocols and surgical techniques, can spay and neuter dozens of cats a day, providing a vital service to Florida’s underserved cat-owning households.

Participants will have the opportunity to complete a minimum of 2-3 spays and at least 1 scrotal neuter on feline patients.

CE Hours: This course does not qualify for CE by the Florida Veterinary Medical Association.

Cost: $150

Licensing Requirements: Veterinarians must be licensed in the United States to participate.
