Title of program

Boost Efficiency in Canine Sterilization: Tips, tools, and techniques for the practice and beyond

Brief Description

To provide didactic and wet lab training for veterinarians in high-quality, high-volume canine spay/neuter techniques. The goal is to expand access to affordable spay/neuter services for low-income, low-resource populations in Georgia, both within the private practice setting and beyond.

Participants will learn specialized anesthetic and surgical techniques that enable spay/neuter professionals to perform dozens of procedures per day, delivering a vital service to Georgia’s underserved dog-owning households.

Training is designed with an optimal 2 trainees: 1 trainer ratio to ensure a hands-on, supportive learning environment.
