- Low-cost spay/neuter clinics
- Feline Fix by Five participating veterinarians
- TNR programs, voucher programs, transport options, and more
If no listings appear, try expanding your search radius or removing filters to see additional results.
Step 3: When contacting programs, please note that availability may vary. If one organization has a waitlist or isn’t taking appointments, try calling several nearby providers. Many communities have multiple partners working together to help.

About your state leader
The Fix Foundation’s mission is to provide affordable spay/neuter & basic care services to pets and their families in our community and surrounding communities. Our Simply Cats adoption program works with area rescues & shelters to find homes for unwanted cats & kittens.
Our goal is to reduce euthanasia in area shelters by lowering intake of unwanted litters into area shelters through spay/neuter as well as assist in lowering cat numbers through our adoption program.
The Fix Foundation is a high volume, low cost spay/neuter clinic. We are a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization. There are no income restrictions, and it doesn’t matter where you live. Give us a call at (270) 586-6600 to schedule your appointment.
Our general pricing: Cats $45 Dogs are $55 – 105 depending on weight up to 90 lbs.
