About your state leader
Jerod T. Vannatter is a full time Clinic Director, and President of Help For Animals Inc located in Barboursville, West Virginia. He started in this industry in 2002 working as a Veterinary Assistance at two different clinics until joining the United States Air Force in 2006. While in the Air Force He deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan, while stationed stateside He continually visited the clinics and stayed in touch with the doctors that influenced him to continue to serve the communities pets.
While in the Air Force he started going to college and shortly after completing his contract with the Air Force, He was awarded a degree in Business Administration from Marshall University. While attending school fulltime he worked part time at Help For Animals Inc. as the Surgery Manager. Overtime He was promoted to the position of Clinic Manager, and shortly thereafter the Board of Directors voted to place him in the position of President as well in 2018. Since then he has made great strides to expand the organizations operations throughout the state and foster a greater communicate between the many shelters and rescue groups in our great state.
